Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FP& A Director to join our global manufacturing organization. The successful FP& A Director will play a pivotal role in the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This FP& A Role requires a solutions-driven professional with a strong background in process improvement, driving change, and overseeing complex financial projects. This role is hybrid and offers flexibility, ideally 1-2 days/week in office and as business needs permit. Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and coordinate the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization.

Develop robust financial models to assist with strategic initiatives, decision-making and identifying financial trends.

Implement and drive financial systems and process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Oversee the performance reporting process, monitor the company's performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze financial variances.

Provide strategic and financial guidance to senior management based on high-quality financial reports and analysis.

Partner with leadership across all business units to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to enhance profitability.

Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive change throughout the organization, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.

Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Mentor and develop a high-performing FP& A team.

Proficiency in KPI Reporting and Inventory Analysis is required. Must have a strong track record of leadership and strategic decision-making in finance roles within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to drive financial forecasting, auditing, and analysis in line with company goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with various internal and external stakeholders. Significant experience in driving financial efficiency and profitability in a manufacturing setting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Must be able to effectively manage a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
