We are a well-established, high-standard cleaning company in NYC, dedicated to serving luxury restaurants, hotels, bars, and offices. We’re looking for a driven, experienced OVERNIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead with confidence and precision.

Key Requirements:

-Proven Experience managing overnight deep-cleaning operations in the restaurants, hotels and/or bars

-Team Leadership: Successfully led teams of 20-25 members, including Supervisors, across multiple locations

-Organizational Mastery: Skilled in multitasking and delegation to ensure seamless operations at several sites

-Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is highly preferred to enhance team communication and workflow
