Description:We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive our Technology Workforce Strategy, working directly with CIOs and their management teams to shift our workforce composition over the next three years. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning workforce needs with broader business objectives, working across Technology, Finance, and HR to monitor progress, escalate challenges, and ensure that our strategy is executed with precision.This position requires an experienced, strategic thinker with strong program management and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Build, track, and manage a detailed project plan to ensure workforce strategic initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and in line with organizational objectives. Adjust plans as needed to address changes in priorities or risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CIOs, Technology managers, Finance, and HR to deliver on hiring plans. Facilitate regular touchpoints to track progress and course-correct where needed. Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track hiring, onboarding, and workforce metrics. Provide regular updates to senior leaders, identifying any bottlenecks or resource challenges. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Technology, HR, and Finance teams, translating workforce needs into actionable plans, and communicating progress and challenges effectively. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks related to workforce capacity or financial constraints, working with Technology leaders to mitigate them. Program Delivery: Leverage deep delivery experience to ensure milestones are met on time, within scope, and in line with financial targets. Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and effective communications to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, across written, oral, and presentation formats. Financial Acumen: Utilize strong financial acumen to monitor program budget implications, benefit realization metrics and analyze workforce optimization opportunities.Skills:Program management, workforce, global, budgetTop Skills Details:Program management,workforce,global,budgetAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of technology workforce dynamics, including talent acquisition, capacity planning, and workforce management. Exceptional communication (written, oral, and presentation skills) with the ability to influence sr stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and drive timely solutions.
