Maintenance Technician

Busy Construction Company seeking maintenance technicians & carpenters. Looking for someone with a well-rounded skill set including but not limited to the following:

Drywall work (required, but willing to train the right candidate)

Painting

Water leak troubleshooting

Flooring

Siding

Insulation (removal and installation)

General Carpentry

The ideal candidate must have experience in residential and commercial. This is a year-round position for the right candidate. Candidate must possess a valid Alaska Driver’s license and be able to pass both a pre-employment drug test and a background check for base access. Candidate should also own their own hand tools, large or specialty tools and equipment is provided.
