Description We are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist (Tier I) to join our dynamic team in the Payroll Services industry. Based in Tempe, AZ, this role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages for delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also ensure the security of client information and maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment.Responsibilities: Assemble payroll packages according to client number and prepare them for delivery, ensuring all packages meet quality and timeline expectations. Complete all package confirmations and checklists to accurately track and secure package flow and location. Comply with all security and audit procedures as required by policy to safeguard client information. Record and escalate any issues to appropriate parties to prevent missing or incorrect output. Maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance. Stage packaging supplies as necessary to ensure production readiness. Multitask without compromising the quality or integrity of the package. Utilize basic computer skills for efficient task completion. Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 Lbs when necessary. Understand and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Requirements Proficient in executing payroll procedures and policies. Ability to manage and maintain quality standards in payroll production. Familiarity with 'About Time' software is advantageous. Knowledge of security protocols related to payroll data. Experience in handling correspondence related to payroll queries and confirmations. Ability to track and report missing invoices. Strong computer skills are essential. Experience in packaging components of payroll services. Ability to formulate and implement audit plans. Familiarity with using checklists to ensure completion of tasks. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Should be able to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with different departments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
