If these words resonate with you, we should talk.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeBranch Real Estate ("BRE") Construction Vendor Program Coordinator under the direction of the Construction Capability Leader with oversight of aspects of the Construction and Vendor Management process for North America and Canada.Candidate will participate in guidance, establishing targets, oversee defining needs, working with sourcing to onboard, and manage relationships for all areas of design and construction (primarily tenant finish out of office and retail spaces) at our branches. The successful candidate will collaborate on BRE efforts, clearly communicating progress, while working closely with experienced professionals to deliver a superior associate experience.What you will do:

Partner with BRE leadership to participate in critical department and firm projects to understand and communicate the impact of Branch Real Estate on delivery of current and future firm strategies.

Recommend strategy for vendor alignment, working with internal sourcing teams to onboard, creating performance metrics, and processes around vendor relationship management.

Program management: plans, executes, and controls programs of various levels of complexity/integration; may lead multiple programs concurrently.

Provide guidance to Corporate Real Estate team to ensure alignment on firm strategies, supporting the firm and the field.

Provide firm-level understanding of real estate initiatives to drive change in the field.

Utilize independent thought and judgment and practice candor with respect.

Have a working knowledge of technologies related to or dependent on the BRE and inter-related systems and the ability to learn and apply new/emerging technologies.

Working with associates in BRE to help document division-wide and department goals, as well as overseeing and collaborating on major projects both within the department and across the firm.

Prepare, summarize, and present reports and analyses.

Identify trends and present recommendations to senior leadership within BRE and/or across the firm to influence decision making.

Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience.

Minimum of five years of experience with program leadership preferred.

Ability to ask probing questions to gain a sufficient understanding of the project or situation.

Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task multiple projects or multiple phases of a specific project.

Aptitude to create process efficiencies that will reduce costs.

Ability to effectively communicate in a succinct manner, both verbally and written, with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Also fosters open communication by listening to others.

Process-oriented: detailed understanding of program management methodologies, system development lifecycle, infrastructure best practices and adhering to firm processes and guidelines.

Tool competency: effectively utilizes enterprise project management tools (e.g. project plans, flow charts and timelines).

What Could Set You Apart:

Prior Commercial Real Estate experience

Prior Fortune 500 Sourcing or Vendor Relationship Management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certifications

Membership in corporate/commercial real estate industry organization(s) is preferred, but not required.

This individual will be expected to stay current in the industry and to bring construction management best practices to the team.
