Caring, reliable RN or LPN needed to join 24/7 team to care for adult male patient with G-tube , trach and vent in his family home. Use pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, food pump, ventilator and cough assist machine ( will train). 3 References required from recent employers/homecare patients, must be comfortable with a good dog, non-smoker and have NPI#.
