Day Nurse needed including some Sundays/ Long Island,NY

Reliable, empathetic RN or LPN needed to join 24/7 team to care for adult male patient with G-tube , trach and vent in his family home as sub this month and may lead to a permanent position. Use pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, food pump, ventilator and cough assist machine (will train). 3 References required from recent employers/homecare patients, must be comfortable with a good dog, non-smoker and have active NPI# and ETIN#.
