Job Details: We are seeking professional and experienced individuals for the following positions: Server, Prep Cook, Baker, Busser, Runner, Dishwasher.
The ideal candidates will have prior experience, enjoy being part of a team, and possess a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Servers:
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.
Take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Bakers:
Prepare high-quality dishes according to our menu standards.
Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3+ years of hospitality experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or equivalent.
Ability to kneel, bend, or stoop; ascend or descend stairs; and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
Team player—support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
Strong passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with guests (in applicable roles).
Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
Attention to detail.
Creativity and innovation.
Experience with Toast POS (preferred).
Wine service experience (in applicable roles).
Maintain sanitation to DOH standards; keep the work area clean and organized.
Compensation:
FOH hourly rate of $11.00 (plus tips for FOH positions)
BOH hourly rate of $18.00 - $22.00
