We are a dynamic tax and accounting office looking for a bilingual, friendly and detail-oriented individual to fill an Administrative Assistant position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients as they arrive at our office.
Answer multi-line phones and efficiently schedule appointments.
Assist in preparing tax returns and processing client documents.
Engage with clients to obtain necessary signatures and payments.
Maintain organized filing systems and handle document management.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
Dependable, with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Previous experience in a fast-paced office setting, preferably in tax or accounting.
Must be bilingual English and Spanish a must.
