As a Test Engineer supporting our Customer, you will perform test engineer duties. In this role, a typical day will include:

Participate in writing, maintaining, and executing scripts

Provide analysis and troubleshoot on the development of systems

Provide support in the development, implementation and maintenance of test process and diagnostic programs with a specific focus on improving test coverage for our systems

Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues

Education

Requires BA/BS degree

Qualifications

At least 3 years of documented automation testing experience including web applications, preparation of test data with corresponding documentation

Experience writing test cases (both valid and invalid scenarios) along with basic validations.

Experience with SQL and Database/Backend testing

Experience web services / API testing (REST and SOAPUI)

Experience with implementing and executing Functional Testing and Integration Testing

Experience working in an agile environment including Jira and organizing/managing Kanban Board

Creating and maintaining various dashboards including Jira metrics

Experience with continuous integration tool (Jenkins)

Understanding of Business model and rules to perform Cross functional Testing.

Familiarity with standards and best practices for ensuring accessibility (i.e. 508)

Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development)

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

US Citizen required

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
