Inventory & Menu Skills- Purchasing, Receiving, Cost & Portion Control, Menu Development
Computer Knowledge - Excel, Word, Toast Kitchen System, Inventory & Cost Systems
Up to Date Certifications - Serve safe, CPR, First Aid
Social Media Skills, Up to Date with all Local Culinary Events & Happenings
