Floor Production Supervisor

GMA Accessories, Inc. dba Capelli New York and Ballet Group LLC. is a major U.S. manufacturer and distributor of apparel, footwear, novelty and gift products, jewelry, ladies fashion accessories, handbags and sports/athletic apparel. We were established in 1990 and have approximately 600 employees in the U.S.A. and 2,500 employees worldwide. We have offices in the U.S.A., China, Hong Kong, Germany, UK and Bangladesh. Our U.S. warehouse facilities are located in New Jersey for east coast distribution and California for west coast distribution.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a driven Floor Production Supervisor strictly for our Distribution Center in Pittston, PA.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the account management team to come up with a deliverable schedule for all accounts.

Manage 5-12 heat press stations at once.

Ensure that all work stations have enough work at all time.

Work in partnership with the picking managers to ensure orders are picked within the schedule.

Work in partnership with the printing department to ensure all embellishments are available ahead of production start date.

Develops ways to speed up production and reduce overhead.
