About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant as part of the Enterprise Architecture group. The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant will provide strategic direction around managing key activities for the Technology Architecture Organization and will represent in the areas of governance, processes, and risk and controls. Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services

Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise

Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives

Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions

Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes

Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology team

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong data analysis visualization and reporting experience

Experience with data analysis visualization and reporting experience

Experience with budget and capacity planning and forecasting

Executive level facilitation experience

Experience compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders.

Ability to partner and engage stakeholders

Good project management, organization and prioritization skills

Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry

Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization

Experience presenting solutions to complex problems to leadership and senior executive levels

A BS/BA degree or higher

Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

Pay Ranges:San Francisco, California/Salary: $138,500 - $213,000 - $287,600New York, New York/Salary: $138,500 - $213,000 - $287,600Iseline, New Jersey/Salary: $126,400 - $194,500 - $26,600Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
