Perform routine maintenance

Diagnose issues and troubleshoot mechanical problems

Repair or replace defective parts

Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning of systems

Collaborate with the team to meet service deadlines

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Must have tools

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift 75lbs without help

Must have clean driving record

Skills:

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems etc.

Ability to read plans, technical manuals, and schematics

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must have HVAC & PLUMBING experience

Electrical knowledge is beneficial

Time management and organizational abilities
