Program Manager
Description We are in search of a Global AOS Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving implementation and accountability of global strategies and initiatives across all SMB regions. Your key responsibility will be to foster and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders to surface opportunities, driving maximum business value and alignment with key objectives. You will serve as the critical point of contact for AOS Leadership to ensure that regional teams are performing against business goals while simultaneously project managing regional initiatives. Lastly, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting program impact metrics across all AOS regions, ensuring that key learnings and areas of deficiency are communicated to relevant stakeholders.What you’ll do:
Oversee the day-to-day management of vendor leads and specialists while holding them accountable to global OKRs.
Own global communications with vendors, driving activities such as monthly status updates and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate with vendor AOS teams in NAMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM to comprehend needs, identify gaps, vouch for consistency, and develop recommendations for improvements.
Create and maintain global reports to track key metrics and progress against initiatives.
Ensure global consistency across AOS processes.
Project manage the deployment of global sales programs & initiatives.
Assist in the localization and regionalization of AOS programs & initiatives.
Oversee the vendor onboarding process for new AOS personnel.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of program management, media buying/selling, or digital account management experience.
Experience in online performance advertising with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, with expertise in full funnel/multi-objective advertising solutions and advertising measurement solutions preferred.
Proficiency with sales reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
A keen ability to translate data complexities into simple, clear insights and actionability.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A successful track record of developing internal relationships with leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
An ability to excel in execution, establish priorities, and meet swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
