LEAD FRAMING AND DECK BUILDING CARPENTER position.

Some travel required. Phoenix area MOSTLY, but statewide, Tucson, and Las Vegas occasionally.

Must be self-motivated, extremely detail oriented and work well in a team environment.

Excellent Pay based on your ability to work hard and produce excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Produce high quality work with a 2 – 4 man crew.

Help maintain all aspects of production, from paperwork to physical work.

Help us grow.

Daily start at Home Base – Near Carefree Hiway and I-17

Must be able to do complex carpentry framing for deck building.

Must have a good safety record with safe practices

Must have a good eye, be a quick worker

Must be able to lift and carry heavy components.

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record.

Must have your own transportation for occasional individual projects.

Work van, trailer, and specialized tools provided by the company.

Must be able to read drawings.

Simple electrical and plumbing ability required. Training is available as needed for this part.

Pay is based on volume, experience, production, and quality of finished products.

Excellent opportunity for the talented hard worker.

Drug testing required. Random testing will be required while employed.

Must have your own reliable tools. You need to have whatever normal carpentry requires.

Pay is Per Job and hourly combination. You will need to hit the ground running.

Lead Carpenter will probably exceed $60k per year with potential for higher.
