Job Responsibilities:
Basic knife handling skills & food knowledge
Assist in preparing daily food items quickly & efficiently
Follow & complete all items required on the daily prep list
Breakdown of station, label & store food in accordance with procedures at the end of shift
Help maintain an orderly clean kitchen & follow all sanitation requirements before shift ends
Job Qualifications:
7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Ability to complete duties in a fast-paced kitchen
Understand basic knife handling skills as well as other heavy duty restaurant equipment
1+ year of Restaurant Experience
Great Attention to Detail
Great communication skills
Team Player
