We are looking for a Cook/Prep and Bar Back to join our dynamic and fast-paced team! Job Responsibilities

Cook/Prep Duties:

- Prepare and cook food to order in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.

- Follow food safety standards and guidelines.

- Help with food prep, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating proteins.

- Keep work areas clean and organized.

- Assist in menu item development and suggestions.

Bar Back Duties:

- Support bartenders by stocking and organizing the bar area.

- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with garnishes, ice, and other supplies.

- Clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.

- Help with transporting kegs, liquor bottles, and other items as needed.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area during shifts.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a kitchen or bar environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when needed.

- A passion for great food and customer service.

- Food handler certification required.
