Jr. Project Architect/Manager

We are currently looking for a driven, capable, and Personable Junior Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Engage in all aspects of architectural design from Schematic through Construction phase of the project.
Candidate should be able to lead a team and consultants from concept through completion of projects.
Should have prior experience with preparing and submitting permit-ready sets to local jurisdictional authorities
Provide a wide range of drafting and document preparation tasks for residential and commercial construction
Prepare graphics for project proposals
Desired Skills & Experience:
Required:
B.Arch or equivalent professional degree
Revit efficiency is a must
Word and Excel efficiency
3 + years of experience working in the architectural design field with specific mixed use / multifamily architectural project management experience.
Preferred:
Revit expertise and strong speaking, writing and presentation skills are required.
LEED AP, WELL AP & HI Arch License desired.
Rendering platform experience (Rhino, Enscape)
Sketch-up, Photoshop and AI proficiency is a plus
