Project Manager/Estimator

Minimum two years experience or degree/certificate required.

Knowledge of construction management, including project scheduling, construction estimating and project coordination

Experience with construction management software

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards

Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Physical demands - must be able to lift 20lbs, frequent walking and exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, wet and/or humid conditions

Travel 10% or less
