Harvey’s’ Restaurant & Bar is a full-service establishment open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are in the Mission Valley area and have immediate openings for experienced, friendly, and dedicated Lead Cooks, and Prep cooks.
We have a fun atmosphere that hosts live music, comedy shows and more. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detailed team players who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced family environment. We offer a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. Part-Time and Full-Time available.

LEAD COOK / PREP COOK Job Description
Prep Cooks set up Line Cooks for success by measuring out and labeling ingredients, portioning seasonings, washing and chopping produce, cutting meat and reducing sauces.
Responsibilities
Cook meals by following detailed recipe instructions for each dish
Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio
Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation
Ensure food is stored appropriately to prevent spoilage
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen
Cook and prepare meals
Measure ingredients and seasonings
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience
Positive attitude
Open to feedback
Fast learner
Strong teamwork and communication skills
