Office Manager
Our client, an Architecture and Design firm, is seeking an Office Manager to join their NYC office. In addition to overseeing the office operations, this person will help with projects for executives, events for the team, and building the office culture! The hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm and this role is hybrid with Monday - Thursday in the office and Friday remote.Responsibilities:Work closely with the office management team to manage the office, operations, and cultureManage weekly inventory and purchase orders of office supplies, kitchen supplies, swag, and groceriesMake sure office is organized and neat, coordinating with cleaner; manage routine facilities maintenanceDraft proposals and manage COIsDistribute incoming mail, sign for packages, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for shippingAssist in planning events and coordinating office logistics; help to create/update client holiday gift listQualifications:Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience; 1+ of officer manager experienceTech savvy and entrepreneurial work styleOptimistic and energetic individual with a can do attitudeCompensation/Benefits:Up to $80K - $100K base depending on experience + bonusMedical, dental, and vision benefitsCommuter benefits401KFree Class Pass credits15 days PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
