Now we're looking for an ambitious HR Manager to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis.Role:The HR Manager will be responsible for a range of HR tasks, from recruitment and on-boarding to benefit administration and performance management. This role involves working closely with the senior management to strategically align HR programs and initiatives with business objectives.Responsibilities:
Overseeing all recruitment, employee development, performance evaluations and benefits administration.
Developing and updating policies and procedures as required.
Ensuring legal compliance by overseeing and enforcing federal, state, and local legal HR requirements.
Playing an integral part in sustaining an inclusive, diverse and engaging corporate culture.
Improve HR software systems, ensuring up-to-date HR analytics for efficient and sustainable growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of HR management experience.
Extensive knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Uphold the highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
