Guest Services Agent

Position Overview:

· Be reliable and responsive

· Duties include but are not limited to answering calls, emails, guest requests, generating guest reservations, coordinating maintenance of properties, and providing excellent service to property owners and guests.

· Working closely with Vendors, Maintenance, and Owner Relations to satisfy guest and owner needs and property upkeep

· Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

We offer full time employment of 40 hours per week, when qualified -100% paid healthcare, 401k plan, paid vacation. Numerous team members have been with us over 10 years.

Staring pay $18.00 an hour starting, negotiable based on experience

Schedule's looking to be filled: Tuesday-Saturday 8:30AM -5PM or Sunday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 5PM
