Assistant Property Manager, Assistant Listing Agent and Leasing Agent
General Expectations
o Reliable and excited to contribute and learn
o 40 hours a week – Hybrid schedule (25 hours in office, 15 hours remote/flex schedule)
o IN OFFICE 8:30 am - 1pm M-F, unless doing showings or other field work during this time
o Some Saturday or weekday afternoon communication or showings needed (5 hours max a week)
o Required to have a Leasing License (or Brokers License) within 60 days of employment

Responsibilities
o Listing Assistant – Assistant to the Managing Broker (agent to client)
Works with Client and Director to get Vacant Rent Ready Units listed on the market.
Works with Client and Director to ensure that Vacant units are in fact ready, listed correctly and are ready to be shown to generate a ready, willing and able qualified applicant. – Walk units
Present completed application and rent offer from qualified applicants to Client and Director
Draft new lease for approved tenants
Send completed new leases to Property Management for onboarding
o Leasing Agent – Commission Based Compensation 33% of first month rent
Respond to interested parties in a very timely manner
Prescreen interested parties prior to any showings
Show unit to interested parties that are prescreened
Walk them through the application process and present their offer to Listing Assistant
o Assistant Property Manager
Tenants’ and Owners’ day-to-day communication
Entering maintenance requests and assisting with tenant/owner communication in regards to working through the process.
Moving out tenants’ coordination
Moving in tenants’ coordination
Lease renewals
Rent collections
Assisting Maintenance Manager (Bill) with processing appliance and exterminating work orders as well as other 3rd party vendors as requested
Bank recs.
Send owner reports out as requested
Manage owner requests and help with other random projects that are simply part of managing properties.
Compensation Salary Plus Commission – Paid weekly
o $27,500 annual base salary
o 40% of first month’s rental commission - Estimated earned commissions to be $20,000-$25,000 per year
