Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant - Enterprise Customer Excellence team. As part of the Enterprise Customer Excellence (ECE) organization, the Customer Excellence Data and Analytics (CEDA) team provides analytical capabilities and insights with regard to high risk and regulatory related concerns. This role will be focused on developing analytics to identify, measure and improve customer experience and/or reduce risk in relation to these high risk and/or regulatory concerns.In this role, you will:
Design and execute complex analytical processes leveraging current methodologies and tools to provide insight into customer experience and interpret customer feedback
Utilize expertise in analytical techniques to promote a greater level of insight across the enterprise customer experience landscape
Own/Support the execution of deep-dive analyses to find meaningful patterns, root cause and/or answer complex business questions to drive business decisions
Present findings to senior leadership and process owners to inform and influence business strategy and directionPartner with peer groups and project teams to devise analytic solutions to complex problems, plan the work and execute on that plan while providing clear communication on progress
Collect appropriate data for analysis by connecting to various data sources and platforms, combining structured and non-structured data
Compile and organize datasets to enable analytics, report building and ‘story telling’ of customer experience
Develop hypotheses regarding trends and drivers of customer feedback; execute analytical process to support/disprove and organize output into a concise and effective presentation narrative with appropriate detail and visualizationsSupport analytical projects with solid organization and clear communication of objectives, tasks/path deliverables and timelines
Demonstrate exceptional quality and attention to detail in building and documenting data and analytics processes and execution of rigorous validation process to ensure high levels of confidence in findings and extrapolations.
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and other tools to support data mining and analytics insights.
Experience developing in reporting/insights platforms such as Thought Spot and Tableau.
Ability to work with large databases and process flow through complex logic or merging algorithm.
Strong analytic and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, ability to drive independently with little direction.
Eagerness to contribute collaboratively on projects and discussions.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Proficient PowerPoint skills.
