Server Assistant Description & Responsibilities
Server Assistants work in the dining room with servers to ensure guests receive excellent service and hospitality. They provide guests with water, provide bread service, help mark tables for the next course, clear dishes from tables, polish silverware, and run food from the kitchen to guests.

An availability to work a minimum of 15 hours, weekly
An interest in food and beverage, and willingness to learn
Ability to work with efficency and speed
At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferable
Ability to move quickly and gracefully through a busy dining room, often with large trays
