Location: CHAUMONT Commissary

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Night Shift Only (5 days/week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our night team as a Pastry Packer at Chaumont Commissary. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packaging our freshly baked French viennoiseries and other pastries to ensure they are ready for shipment. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality as our pastries are prepared for delivery.

Responsibilities:

Inspect baked pastries to ensure quality and consistency before packaging.

Carefully pack and label pastries for shipping, ensuring each item is correctly placed to prevent damage.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to handle food items properly.

Work efficiently and accurately to meet nightly packing deadlines.

Collaborate with the baking team to ensure a smooth workflow in the commissary.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery or food packing environment is a plus.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team during night shifts.

Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
