Job Title: Accounts Receivable RepresentativeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. This role involves managing and reconciling accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with making outbound calls to customers.Responsibilities
Account reconciliation within portfolio accounts.
Resolving disputes and developing plans to facilitate payments.
Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights.
Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights.
Assisting with payment application as needed.
Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers.
Performing other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in accounts receivable and handling collections.
Proficiency in managing calls and making outbound calls.
Strong customer service skills.
Understanding of the revenue cycle.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of B2B Collections experience.
High School Diploma required.
Good tenure with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in their last role.
Work EnvironmentThis role is part of a dedicated Collections and Credit team that operates in a hybrid work model after conversion to a permanent position. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
