Application Development, Sr. Advisor - Evernorth Health Services
· Responsible for the design of an overall, robust test strategy, including a consolidated data approach and high-level test scenarios to thoroughly test the logic and handoffs that support the E2E business flow(s).· Identify and socialize all testing/quality risks and define mitigation strategies.· Coordinate all E2E test execution, both internally and with clients or other external partners as needed.· Work with Delivery Management, Business & Technical Product Owners and application leads to confirm schedules and resource allocations.· Work with the teams to efficiently resolve issues.· Maintain dashboards on E2E testing progress and issues for reporting to various levels of management.· Promote cross-functional communication and advocates continuous improvement.· Facilitate lessons learned sessions and help implement best practices.· Identify automation opportunitiesExperience Desired:
Healthcare experience, Disease Management, Coaching
Education and Training Required:
College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
