Front Desk Coordinator – Car Repair Shop
Job Overview:
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in helping the shop run smoothly. If you have an interest in vehicles and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect position for you. You'll manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer phone calls.
Schedule repair appointments and follow up on customer needs.
Provide updates on vehicle repairs and answer questions.
Process payments and prepare invoices.
Keep customer records organized and up to date.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
Support the service team with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Interest in vehicles and basic knowledge of car repairs (preferred).
Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Previous customer service or office experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
