We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrative / Receptionist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, capable of handling various administrative duties efficiently and effectively.

Must be bilingual English / Spanish

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Prepare and process documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.

Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
