Baker/Pastry/Cake Decorator
Pre-Employment Screening:
Must be 18 and over to apply
Authorized to work in the United States
Availability for early mornings on weekends and holidays
Three roles can be combined or separated, dependent on situation
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries, cake and bread
Baking recipes and preparing all desserts
General Oven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)
Preparing all needed materials and ingredients
Responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries/cake
Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
Must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
Ensuring work place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests
Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
No baking experience necessary; training available for all food preparation procedures and sanitation routines
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Has to be a team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged teamwork environment.
Availability during early morning hours, weekends, and holidays
