Strong female caregiver needed (Temple City)

Female caregiver needed in Temple City for 5 hours per day, 7 days a week, for an elderly female patient who is not able to get up to a standing position or maintain a standing position on her own. The exact begin and end times may vary from day to day but will mostly be in the range from 12PM to 7PM.

The patient lives with her elderly husband who cares for her. He will direct the caregiver as to the assistance required during the course of each day. The caregiver will mainly be responsible for the physically demanding aspects of the patient's personal care including the following:

- Bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Using the restroom and diaper changes

- Getting in and out of bed, chair, or wheelchair

The patient is 150lb so the caregiver must be big and strong enough to physically manage the patient without a problem.

Bilingual Cantonese and English speaking ability preferred. English or Mandarin are okay too.

Experience providing personal care to non-ambulatory patients preferred.

Pay starts at $18 per hour.
