We are a busy CPA firm seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our team for the upcoming tax season.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and organization of tax documents.

Answer phones and schedule appointments.

Provide administrative support to accountants and clients.

File and manage confidential client information.

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in records.

Assist with general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous office or administrative experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours during peak tax season.

Duration: January 15th - April 15th
