Responsibilities:

-General property repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

-Routine maintenance tasks (light fixture replacements, minor drywall repair, etc.).

-Other tasks to ensure the properties are in excellent condition.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in residential maintenance preferred.

-Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.

-Access to your own tools & vehicle

-Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Compensation:

-Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

-Mileage/Gas reimbursement (if applicable).
