Program Specialist I
Description Duties /Project – · Data entry, respond to emails and voicemails, customer service. · Review various documents, including but not limited to oath cards and other forms for completeness and accuracy and process records. · Sort, distribute, scan, and process in-coming/out-going mail and other materials. · Process licensee status changes and billing adjustments. · Assist in the preparation of data/reports. · Maintains computer systems and databases containing applicant and licensee information, records of verbal and written communication.Requirements Programs: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and knowledge of a virtual meeting programs (Zoom or Teams).Education requirements: High School or EquivalentExperience Requirements: Experience working in an office setting performing clerical or administrative duties is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
