Initiate programs/projects by leading alignment on program/project scope, planning, aligning teams on vision and business goals, building program/project structure, and securing cross-functional support.

Conduct "Steering Committee" meetings to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues. Be the driving force behind business goals and program/project vision.

Drive teams with security/software engineering experiences and proven analytical and technical skills.

Conduct workgroup alignment meetings to address strategic/ tactical issues, dependencies, metrics review, milestones, and more.

Provide ongoing visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties).

Manage dependencies across multiple teams,functions, divisions, and stakeholders.

Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program goals.

Foster a collaborative environment for creativity, innovation, and learning.

Build automated program/project dashboards using Looker/Tableau connecting with Google sheets and/or Asana and Airtable
