Production Specialist PART TIME! (Astoria)

Fast paced Printing Company is looking for somebody to handle production (finishing, printing, organizing). Ideally to work 3 days a week

Experience is warranted but okay without experience as we will train you - the perfect candidates is someone who is ready to work, willing to learn and is punctual.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium

- Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application

- Weeds excess vinyl from computer cut images

- Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production

- Installs signs at local customer locations as required

- Reports inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchise partner

- Helps unload and store raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas

- Performs other duties as assigned

Hours would be 9:30-6 Monday-Friday.
