Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Demolition, Grading, General Building Contractor seeking Estimator/Project Manager. Construction experience REQUIRED, will provide job specific training to applicant. Duties include qualifying plans from outside plan rooms i.e. Agtek, Bluebeam, Bidmail, ISqft, reviewing construction plans/documents for bidding process, prepare accurate take-offs, provide schedule, submittals, corresponding with subcontractors and assist Chief Estimator and staff as needed. Public Works and Government contracting. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills and computer savvy. MS Word/Excel, Adobe. EOE Drug Free Workplace.
