Office Assistant
Lackawanna Offices offers fully furnished Offices to small businesses and solopreneurs in Downtown Montclair NJ . Substantial portions of our customers are therapists and counselors. We need an Assistant to assist the Manager in performing following tasks related to operation and Business Developments.
Maintaining and Updating the Customer data base periodically
Documents and File Management - Copy/Scan/File necessary documents
Communication with the Customers via email, phone call, text as and when necessary
Helping the Manager in listing Vacant office space in various listing sites, uploading the pictures, keeping track and follow up with the new leads
Keep track of payment from the customers.
Maintain standard of cleanliness in the lobby and public area
Make flyers and other marketing contents using Canva as necessary.

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook & One Drive
Must be good in Canva to make flyers and other Business promotional materials.
Must have experience in some Kind CRM Software
Must be Clear & Concise in Communication both in verbal and Written.
Must be able to write a professional email .
Must have dependable transportation
Must have clean and professional demeanor
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be able to do some basic math.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
