Sales/Sharpening Position Groomer's Best Friend

Groomer's Best Friend is looking to add to our amazing team another sales rep / sharpener.

We are adding knife sharpening to our Kirkland location in addition to mail in/drop off sharpening and mobile sharpeing in one of our awesome vans, and need someone to help with the volume of work we are currently working with.

We have a full time scheduler who is great at booking our sharpeners as many stops as they can handle in a day, very little cold calling needed.

Position involves in-shop and mobile training until proficient in sharpening skills. Training pay is $20/hr but once applicant is working independently, pay will convert to percentage of sharpening and sales. Pay range for a motivated individual once fully trained is $65-$100K+/year. Earning potential unlimited depending on motivation, salesmanship, and sharpening quality.

Applicants must be good with working with their hands, have good problem solving abilities, clean driving record.
