Mold Remediation Technician

We are seeking hardworking technicians to join our team that share our mission to perform a variety of important tasks each day for our valued customers. This is a meticulous position that requires attention to detail and owning your job. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs, has strong communication skills, and the ability to complete work in a timely fashion without compromising the quality of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to follow strict mold removal process and guidelines as established by the company.

Maintain equipment and supplies used on projects and prepare for days work.

Works diligently and flexible to meet different demands each day.

Loading vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.

Set up workspace (containment, floor protection, etc.) and equipment for each job.

Complete daily job file documentation for every job

Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles, and warehouse consistently.

Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment, and properly set up commercial drying equipment for each job.

Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Identifying scope of work, measuring, and sketching out all affected areas and employing company standard restoration techniques.

Cleaning and maintaining proprietary equipment as needed.

Verify that each job has been completed to the company’s standards.

Must be punctual and have reliable transportation.

Must be able to work in all types of conditions (hot, cold, wet, and dusty)

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

2+ years of water restoration or property maintenance preferred.

Knowledge of computer and phone technology, communication methods, and uploading of documents and pictures

Clean Driving Record with valid operator’s license.

High School Diploma required.

Must pass background check.
