Agile Payments Product Owner
Description:Start date- Jan 6, 2025Location - Charlotte, NCDuration: 6 months+ w2 contractTop Skills' Details:
Product Management or Product Owner experience
Needs to have sat in scrum team writing user stories
Strong Agile experience, history being an ambassador for agile adoption and experience living it successfully
Very disciplined about agile approach
Ideally payments and or Zelle experience- if not payments needs to have authenticated experience within Online banking working on transactional experiences like signing up for online deposits account or working in Wealth management area
Very disciplined about agile approach
50% payments prod mgr/50% agile adoption-coach
Ability to communicate effectively across parts of the business – marketing, analytics, tech, etc.
Scope:
Partner with Digital, Technology, and Business partners to drive transition to a more fully agile delivery model in support of the Zelle product team
Will be working on Zelle related projects. Some business as usual enhancements, some smaller projects and some larger projects
Doing a pilot with Zelle- Team is trying to more heavily incorporate agile into the Zelle environment
Need this Payments Product Owner to work on executing Zelle enhancements but also needs to be an ambassador for strong agile adoption.
Needs to be an example for a true agile environment but also needs to coach and influence others on the agile process.
Need to help reduce fraud and eliminate risk with Zelle
May need to working with marketing to increase more Zelle adoption
May help improve Zelle screens
Ultimate goal is to get work done more quickly
Take work through several intakes to try to get your work prioritized, several of these areas are dependent on each other.
The SDLC dev team incorporates Zelle well, but need to help the business and other teams buy into Zelle (business, UX, compliance, etc on the front end)
