The job duties would include working with three adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) supporting them in their home and in the community. The LPN/RN administers medications, monitors vital signs, performs skin checks and evaluates and assess the overall health of the residents. Some duties may include G-tube feedings, tracheal care, and diabetic care. The duties will include lifting up to 60lbs, helping Direct Support Professionals with bathing, feeding, repositioning or pivot transfers and two person lifts as needed. Some duties could include taking the resident to doctor’s appointments, and on outings in the community.
Set Schedule:
Wednesday 2p-10p, Thursday 10p-8a, Friday 10p-8a, Saturday 10p-8a = 38 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Oregon LPN/RN license.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Wages and Raises
Starting wage range for LPN $35 - $37.04/hr. DOE. Capped at $41.15/hr.
Starting wage range for RN $42 -$44.46/hr. DOE. Capped at $46.67/hr.
Benco has a great raise schedule, the employee will receive a 3% increase at 6 months, a 5% increase at 1 year, a 3% increase at 1.5 years, a 5% increase at 2 years and a 6% increase annually thereafter until they reach the current cap for that position.
