Regional Market Expansion Manager
We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Regional Market Expansion Manager to lead our growth into Arizona and the South Western States . You'll be responsible for establishing Decal Street's presence in South West, from securing necessary permits to building a network of enthusiastic curb consultants and reliable installers. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Planning: Conduct thorough research on target areas to assess market potential, identify local regulations, and develop a tailored expansion strategy.
Regulatory Compliance: Secure all necessary permits and licenses for door-to-door sales and installation activities, ensuring full compliance with local ordinances.
Community Outreach & Partnerships:
Establish relationships with booster clubs, faith-based youth groups, and other community organizations to promote Decal Street's fundraising sales program.
Identify and partner with local businesses for potential collaborations and cross-promotions.
Recruitment & Team Building:
Interview, hire, and train a team of Curb Appeal Consultants, empowering them to succeed in direct sales.
Oversee the hiring process for installation teams, ensuring reliable and skilled professionals.
Sales & Installation Management:
Set sales targets and monitor progress, providing coaching and support to the sales team.
Coordinate installation services, either through partnerships with local landscapers or by building an in-house installation team.
Qualifications:
Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
Community-Minded: A genuine passion for building relationships and making a positive impact on local communities.
Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness: Ability to navigate challenges, find creative solutions, and adapt to new situations.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools for communication, project management, and sales tracking. google workspace and square teams
