Construction Office Manager/Construction/Project Manager
WE ARE LOCATED IN WALPOLE, MA
Construction Company specializing in waterproofing/drainage, foundation repair, restoration services and remodeling looking for an administratively sound Project Office Manager with construction background.
This is an in-office position, and all projects will be managed off our database. Communication and computer literacy are essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage administratively construction projects and must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, balancing priorities, and project assignments. Capable of managing several projects at once from start to finish Some construction knowledge is a plus. A 4 year bachelors degree with excellent follow through skills is a plus.
This person will be responsible for pulling permits, customer interaction, scheduling and successfully completing projects through communications with Field Reps that meet the requirements for project margins, schedules, budgets, following through to ensure all tasks are done correctly and efficiently. Also includes supervising quality of service. The Construction Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project from pre-construction to post construction, including but not limited to customer relations and collections for each project.
Pay commensurate with experience, base pay plus bonus plan
approximately $70,000.00-$100.000.00 per year

Responsibilities Include:
Computer literate, use of I-360 and or Sales Force
Managing multiple projects at one time.
Administratively manage the day-to-day operations of the construction department.
Effectively communicates relevant project updates and status to management.
Effectively follows through on tasks to see them through and communicates to get tasks done.
Resolves and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Formulate and execute project schedule.
Submitting permits.
Work directly with Upper Management.
Administrative follow through and ability to multi task
Qualifications:
4 yr degree - some construction knowledge
Common Sense/Sense of Urgency
A mature professional with excellent judgment.
Office management crisis
Exceptional communications skills – written and verbal.
Computer skills for scheduling project tracking.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
The ideal candidate must be very well organized, able to multi-task and be able to take projects from start to finish quickly.
Someone who is a “Team Player” with a “Whatever it Takes” attitude.
