We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Accountant and Office Staff in our construction shop.

QUALIFICATIONS

Pleasant, positive, professional attitude

Great customer service skills over the phone and in-person

Ability to manage time efficiently, multi-task and learn quickly

Willing to learn new skills and take on new tasks

Must be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance and work ethics

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide administrative support to all Managers, the Accountant, Estimator, Vice President and President/Owner.

-Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices on a daily basis.

-Reconcile credit card and vendor statements.

-Print plans for all office staff.

-Utilize accounting software such as American Contractor.

-Assist with payroll management tasks.

-Organize and maintain company files and packing slips

-Open & distribute incoming mail, packages, receive office deliveries

REQUIREMENTS

Strong verbal and written skills

Excellent computer skills and typing

Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF files.

Valid Driver’s License

Construction Admin Experience a huge plus!

Work hours are flexible between 7am to 5pm.
