Acara Solutions has openings for a Equipment/Facilities/Quality Technicians for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
Acara is hiring for multiple roles with our client based in the phoenix area including equipment, facilities and quality technicians. All of the roles are direct hire and will be running on a 12hr shifts
(A shift) - Sunday - Wednesday 5:45 am to 6pm
(B shift) - Sunday - Wednesday 5:45 pm to 6am
(C shift) - Wednesday - Saturday 5:45 am to 6pm
(D shift) - Wednesday - Saturday 5:45 pm to 6am
qEuipment Technician / Facilities Maintenance Tech / QA Technician

Acara Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Phoenix, AZ to hire multiple skilled technicians for a variety of roles, including Equipment Technicians, Facilities Maintenance Technicians, and Quality Assurance Technicians. Key Responsibilities:
For Equipment Technicians:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Respond quickly to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement solutions.
Install, calibrate, and adjust machinery as needed.
Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore functionality.
Operate hand and power tools safely during maintenance operations.
Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations for future work.
For Facilities Maintenance Technicians:
Operate and maintain systems including RO, chiller, pump, compressed air, and exhaust gas treatment systems.
Utilize the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and adjust facility settings.
Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to solve electrical and facility system issues.
Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and stay current on advancements in facility technology.
For QA Technicians:
Develop, supervise, and review shipping inspection standards to ensure product quality.
Address quality and quantity discrepancies at shipment sites and track inspection results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous quality improvements.
Assist with customer inspections, summarize results, and track issues.
Train shipping inspectors to enhance skills and improve inspection processes.
Maintain records of shipment data and report scrap products.
Oversee safety protocols during shipping operations, including hazard identification and spot checks.
Assist in developing customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to implement improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
For All Roles:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or technical role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or relevant apprenticeship preferred).
Additional Preferred Skills (for Facilities Maintenance and QA Roles):
Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience with facility management systems (BMS, RO, Chillers, Pumps, etc.).
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards in a manufacturing setting.
